工作内容： 1. Warehouse operation and management (including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing materials and finished goods) 2. Manage inbound/outbound materials/goods and kitting processes 3. Complete the material preparation for work orders on time 4. Manage inventory with SLM (Safety - Lead - Min) 5. Implement warehouse FIFO (First - In, First - Out) management 6. Lead the annual manufacturing inventory and ensure accurate inventory records 7. Manage outsourced manufacturers 8. Monitor and maintain proper storage conditions for sensitive electronic components (e.g., humidity and ESD controls). 9. Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and 5S standards. 10. Use ERP/WMS systems to manage stock transactions and generate reports. 11. Train and lead warehouse staff to ensure high performance and efficiency. 12. Handle non-conforming materials, returns, and scrap procedures in accordance with company policies. 13. Optimize warehouse layout for space efficiency and productivity. 14. Cultivate personnel capabilities 15.
