Job Summary: •Maintain and optimize production process of assembly line e.g. label, laser marking, silicone, staking and EOL 1) ECU programming and testing. •Evaluate feasibility of new process equipment/fixture. •PDS Management for Change Requests via MKS and Implementation •Problem solving via systematic method, e.g. PDCA, A3, 8D, PSS Job Responsibilities: •Involvement in Production Meetings (e.g. Morning call, Point CIP) to continuously improve and stabilize Production Key Performance Indicators (OEE, Downtime, Output, Cycle Time, FPY, Change • Over Time, Scrap, Quality loss, …) •Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity, quality and to reduce TA loss/scrap/failure costs •Implementation/Use of tools
